Ingredients
- 24 ounces ground beef (4 burgers)
- Hamburger Buns (Keto Culture recommended)
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt or liquid amino sauce (2 tpbl spons)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Pinch of oregano
- Pinch of marjoram
- 1 tsp of paprika powder
For the toppings:
- 8 slices raw bacon, cut in half
- 1/2 onion (sliced or grilled)
- 2 jalapeños (remove seeds and slice)
- 4 cheddar or jack paper cheese
- Slices of tomatoes
- chopped lettuce
For the sauce:
- 1/4 cup real mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha hot sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 onion cut into very small cubes
- 1 teaspoon of granulated erythritol sweetener or Stevia
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425° F.
- Combine the ground beef, and all spices
- Form into 4 patties and place on a large baking sheet.
- Arrange the bacon, onion rings, and jalapeño slices on the same baking sheet.
- Bake for 18 minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine the mayonnaise, Sriracha, Worcestershire sauce, onion cubes and sweetener and stir until smooth.
- After baking, remove pan from the oven and place one slice of cheese on each burger patty.
- Set oven setting to broil on high (450 degrees or more)
- Return pan to the oven and broil for 2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and slightly browned.
- Remove from the oven.
- Build each burger with 1 patty, 2 pieces of bacon, onions, desired amount of jalapeños and a generous drizzle of sauce.
- Serve warm.
