Countdown Timer | Countdown To 3000 | Episode 2974

[00:00:08] Good Morning, and welcome to MorningCoach. Today I am so glad you’re with us. As you know my name’s J.B. Glossinger and this is your personal evolution system thee place to get your day started right.

[00:00:21] Welcome, welcome, welcome, and I’m so glad you’re with me today on our deep day as we are progressing forward here at MorningCoach having some fun and really putting some energy out there. That’s what it’s about and today I want to talk a little bit about the count down to 3000. What does that really mean? Well you’re new with me. That means that we’re counting down to three thousandths episode of MorningCoach.com. That’s right 3000. It’s actually going to be December 25th of this year and will be starting, It will be 3000 episode. It’s amazing that it’s falling on Christmas. How cool is that December 25th. So we’re starting that countdown and over the years that I’ve been doing this there’s been a lot of things that have happened, originally you know MorningCoach was this thing that I put out to the world. I was just getting started. It’s a very spiritual experience at that time I’d written get out of neutral. It wasn’t selling I was failing in many areas of my life. It’s crazy that I started MorningCoach at one of my low points. I’d left my job my corporate career in aviation that I built this wonderful career over 15 years, and I decided to chase this dream, this dream of helping people and putting energy out there and being one of like one of my mentors like Les Brown, or Zig Ziglar, Tony Robbins, the people that I grew up Napoleon Hill listening to and reading.

[00:01:51] I started this journey out with very big ego thinking that would be pretty easy to do,

[00:01:57] and then fell flat on my face and I think that’s part of the journey right, is some of those times when you fall on your face. Over the years we’ve had some great experiences from 2007 to 2009. I put this out as a podcast. We ended up going to top 25 on iTunes, use to have up to 40000 listeners a day was just a crazy ride and at that point I was going broke didn’t have much money we were building some websites to try to get things going and that’s when I launched your MorningCoach membership. That was in 2009 and twelve hundred people came with us. It was a great day, it was a painful day too because we had 12000 people in a web site and so only 10 percent of those came with us. You can be one of those I’m sure we’ve got a lot of the people that stayed with us and then over the years we’ve tried so many different things to try to keep the membership going on and I’ve done all different types of things all the way up until last year when I decided to make some massive shifts again and go back to putting energy out there and then creating some new things and so I decided to start doing courses which obviously I could sell for a lot of money and give those to the MorningCoach membership. What I found is that it’s better to sell a course for $2000 then to give it to the MorningCoach Membership because people just don’t take advantage of them. I totally get it,

[00:03:20] because if you don’t spend money on it you just don’t value it. That’s part of the issue that you have when you do things. It’s just a kind of a commitment level. Your financial commitment really signals your commitment to something, It’s just that simple and it’s just the way it is. If you’ve got skin in the game you’re going to do it, if you don’t, if you don’t really value it then you’re not going to do it. Over the years through all the learning that I’ve learned I’ve recognized the fact that what you’ve got to do is you’ve got to put things in short chunks. You got to make it really easy and make things doable, and so been studying intently, a lot of different things and it was then that I recognized that I believe it was divinely inspired to put some levels together.

[00:04:05] Currently we have 13 levels, working on those right now. You’ll be seeing some videos as we come into 2018 and we’re working on all the structure of those. And right now it’s going amazing. We’ve got a new what’s app group our international group of members are just level two members are just awesome. I get up in the morning and there’s 60 messages already of people communicating and working together and just talking about all kinds of things on what’s app, the new Facebook levels are coming together and we’re using Facebook. Why did I choose Facebook as kind of the platform even though they kind of own the technology because everybody’s there. I surveyed the MorningCoach members and 99 percent of everybody that’s MorningCoach member or has been a member is on Facebook. So it’s a place where I’m going to hang out and it’s a place where I need to be because that’s where you are right and most people are. If you’re not there we still have the resources on the Web site. As far as what we’re doing, technology has been a big issue over the years. I had to create apps in the apps to protect the podcast or the coach casts as I call it we had to put it behind a gate in order for it to be on the gate you had to build apps right so you’d have an iOS app, a Windows app, a media app, which we have.

[00:05:19] Now I’ve gone to a company that does the apps for every podcasters so I’m no longer building them it’s part of my provider. That may be confusing but in order to build apps and maintain it basically I would need three programmers on staff. Probably about 300 grand in total and cost just to keep the apps up, and that’s just insane. It’s just with that alone would need close to a thousand members just to support the apps alone. That’s why I went back to put the podcast out because we don’t have to put it behind a gate. The coach casts we’re reaching more people. We’re making a difference in more people’s lives and it’s coming together real nicely. Then move into the levels where I’m actually working with everybody one on one and really understanding what they need and putting together systems and resources for you as you progress through Level 1 level 2. As you know I put some videos up yesterday if you haven’t had a chance to look at those, please do. If you’re at level 1 you’ll be getting some emails a series of emails and in those e-mails or some videos explaining everything that we’re doing as we count down to 3000 so the system is coming together just awesomely, so nice. Things are just moving, we’ve got to retreat down here in February. Super pumped about that. [00:06:42] We’re going to get together for a little while and I’m looking to plan something in Europe and I’m going to send something to the group on whats app this week as we get that together so it’s this count down to 3000.

[00:06:52] It’s weird because to me it just seems like we’re getting started.

[00:06:57] I can’t describe it but I just had this rebirth, this re beginning. As we come into the 3000 episode it’s also kind of shocking to me to recognize the fact that I’ve been doing this for over 10 years and doing this daily content every day for 10 years. And you know in that time we’ve had over 22 million downloads. So there’s been people that have liked it, there have been people that haven’t liked it, but we’ve just over the years put so much energy out there and it’s just awesome to do that to think about that. To think about if somebody wanted to listen from episode 1 which those are gone, I mean they’re just horrible episodes till today you would have to listen 24 hours a day for a month. Is that crazy. How much content that I’ve put out there it’s got to be a record. I know there’s a few other people doing it but not many in content that we put out. But it’s all coming together. I mean this is the greatest time to be alive right now, I got to tell you things are coming together in such a good way no matter what you’re dealing with. We’ve got this progressive personal evolution system that’s really coming together and I believe it’s been divinely guided, and I also believe that part of the process is the time, the commitment that you put in and how things start to come together over time as we start counting down to 3000. So as we count down to 3000 We’re also going to be working on our own organization.

[00:08:24] We’re going to be working on your organization so that we’re all together coming into 2018 to make it just this phenomenal year. We’re going bring community together to bring people together to create accountability as we move into Level 3 we’re going to have triads. So we’ll be working together in that area to really focus in on what you’re doing. I’ve got a lot of e-mails in our we going to do anything special for episode 3000. I don’t know according to yesterday’s podcast coach cast, It was kind of like if everything was going to end this afternoon as we discussed about St. Francis and he was out gardening what he say, he said I’d finish gardening. So I think I’m just going to finish the coach cast and just keep going with it. There’s just I don’t think there’s anything I mean as special to have Episode 3000 but there’s nothing really crazy about it.

[00:09:17] I doubt many people have gotten there, it’s a milestone that’s pretty cool but I’m not going to change anything, I really believe in the direction that we’re going. This new area of levels is just awesome and people that are coming on board the support that we’re getting is just amazing so as we open up the levels which we’re going to start doing it coming into 2018 where going to start bringing some new people and that’s what my focus is. I want to get back up in the four figure numbers of membership. That’s my objective. I want to get a couple more coaching clients I’m hunting for a couple more that I really want to work with CEOs or executives that really get it. Then I want to you know have some fun with the retreats and get out and meet everybody, in order to do that, we’ve got to grow membership a little bit so that can make the trips to Europe and makes financial sense. We’ve got to get back to that four figure area. A thousand plus members. What I would love to see as we come in Episode 3000 is to see some support in helping each other do that. Telling your friends, telling others about what we’re doing, and the objective of what MorningCoach is about, letting them know that we have this new system with levels that’s really awesome and that we’re doing some personal coaching with everybody everybody that comes in at this point.

[00:10:37] The cool thing is until we get back up to four figures I’m doing a lot of the work. I’m working with a lot of people and that’s invaluable, you get to kind of work with me and tell me what you’re doing and because of the platforms that we’re using I can do it pretty easily. I got a new phone and I think I mentioned this in the Level 2 group I don’t know if I mentioned on the on the coach cast yet but it’s an LG 30. I’ve got the iPhone X and that’s my standard my daily driver that I use for everything and then I got this LG 30 because I liked it. It’s a really cool camera and video and stuff, I could do a lot with it, but I dedicated that to level 2 and above. So I actually have a phone now that you can message me on if you’ve got an issue and it’s called the lifeline. And if you’ve got something that’s going on that you really need something you can message me or you can what’s app me if you’re out of the country and I’ll get back with you, and that’s really cool. So I’ve got a separate phone now for everybody above morning coach level 2 and above that you can actually reach out to me and if it’s something really really serious you need to call me. You can actually call me and literally that comes from Justin you know Justin was in Las Vegas and he was in the shootings.

[00:11:47] He was bartending there and he had to send a Facebook message out of the blue in the board saying “Hey JB do you mind calling me, I had this pretty nasty incident and I really don’t know who to talk to.” Justin is this a great guy. I mean just salad and of course and he said I know you’re super busy and I can’t afford your coaching at this time but I could use a little help. Of course I would love to talk to Justin, he supports us, he’s a part of this, and at that time if I wouldn’t have seen that Facebook message I wouldn’t have been able to get hold of him. I’ve been able to chat with him and discuss something so my big thing with with MorningCoach is that we open the communication lines up now when there’s a thousand people it’s a challenge for me to be out to talk to everybody and make sure everybody’s OK, but I’ve got systems in place to do that. Then we have a one off emergency or something happens. I’ve got kind of the bat line and I’ve got the phone now so somebody can shoot me a text or get me a message or get a call to me instead of randomly shoot something on Facebook. So my whole objective coming into 2018 in Episode 3000 is to clear the lines of communication, one so I know what you need and I can provide it for you, and two that you have the ability to access and get a hold of me. Now obviously I can’t do that for everybody that listens to the coach cast and that’s why level one, I can’t do that.

[00:13:09] I can’t give that phone number out, I can’t give that messaging ability and even the groups we have a level one group but I can’t you know get in level two because I have to keep the numbers reasonable and that we’ve got thousands and thousands of people to listen. So if you want to get that type of you know communication and work with us and go I know MorningCoach has been closed, we’re going to be opening up to level two here. There are some things that we need to make sure that you fit in and that you’re willing to commit to this. Then we will put it up. You need to let us know if you want to jump in there and we can get you in and these are the things I’m talking about you get these type of benefits which is what I want to do. I want to create this community of people that are helping each other and making a real difference and it’s a very unique time because I know in the near future the way this is going I won’t be able to access everybody but the cool thing will be as I progressed through the levels I will be working with people at the higher levels which will be you because you’re getting into this at the beginning and the people at the lower levels you’ll be helping some of those people will be working together to make a difference in shows lives. So it’s a cool time. I mean I I’m so super pumped about it. I’m excited,

[00:14:21] I wanted to share with you my joy as coming to episode 3000, my excitement of the things that are happening and how we’re going to be working together. It’s going to be awesome. It really is it’s going to be a lot of fun and I’m glad you’re along for the ride. So and I’m glad you’re supporting us because that’s what we need. We need that support, we need to get back up to you know the memberships at a big enough level where I can start getting over there and go regroup and get here in the States and I can get out and we can start meeting and make sure you’re getting what you need. OK.
