Resting Heart Rate
I have been trying to get my resting Heart Rate under 60. This would mean I would need to be much more athletic.
According to the American Heart Association the average resting heart rate for someone my age should be between 75 and 130 and have an average maximum heart rate between 150 and 155 (see chart below). So I think I’m doing pretty good.

Weight Chart
I’m 20 pounds from my goal of 186 and heading in the right direction at a pretty solid pace.
According to The BMI, I’m right in the middle of Overweight with a BMI of 27.
I’m sure I can pick up the pace and drop 5 pounds in any given week but I think that will create a seesaw chart and don’t think that would be healthy.
Step Count
This is probably my weakest chart this month. So very easy to correct.
My goal is to beat or outstep yesterday’s average.
Looking forward to seeing how well I stick to this goal and make walking a strong habit.
Wish me luck!
Conclusion
Overall I’m pretty healthy, heart rate recovery is better than good, and sleep could be better.
Even though I am no longer obese, I’m still overweight according to or government’s BMI chart.
Goals
Just by looking at the charts, it’s easy to see I can simply increase my sleep time by cutting out reading when waking up in the middle of the night.
Also by increasing the step count will help bring down my weight and bring me closer to my goal of 186.
