Cod Liver Sandwich

A simple easy sandwich with plenty of protein, fats, and nutrients.


Healthy sandwich with plenty of proteins, fats, and nutrients. Built with sprouted multi-grain toast, broccoli sprouts, avocado spread with lemon juice, and Icelandic Cod Liver.

Simple easy recipe

  • Toast some bread or use some crackers or flat bread.
  • Add some sprouts, broccoli or a blend of sprouts.
  • Mash up a half an acocado with some lemon juice.
  • Top it off with a cann of Icelandic Cod Liver.
