Salmon, Eggs and Sprouts on a Croissant

An easy to put together high protein breakfast or lunch.


All the ingrideents came from the Marietta Farmers Market. The smoked Salmon is from Diana’s Specialties, and the croissant is from Annie’s Baking.

This was quick and easy to put together, less than 15 minutes including scrambling the eggs.

Most of the ingredients came from the Marietta Farmers Market:

  • The smoked Norwegian Salmon is from Diana’s Specialties.
  • The croissant is made by Annie’s Baking.
  • Several vendors are selling sprouts, I don’t remember who these are from.
  • Pasture-raised eggs are scrambled with herbs in a little butter and bone broth. Also from the Marietta Farmers Market.
