Hope everyone is having a bountiful Thanksgiving, ate too much and maybe not drank too much. Now is a time to get back on track to a healthy Diet and here are some reasons why.

Hopefully there will be new parties and dinner get-togethers before the end of the year and this should not be a time to not forget our diet or be too strict to not enjoy the time with others.
