The main reason I do not like Keto is the exact measurements required. When you look at your pie chat, I tend to equate that to what my Plate should look like, and in fact, the percentages should almost be fliped. I am not going to weigh and calculate all my food groups for one meal.
Maybe if I had some really bad diet/gut problems, but even so that’s a lot of time.
Maybe I would hire a cook if I had to.
