Ok so I have started training a client who wants to gain muscle. And it got me think many people including me in the begining want the body of their dreams but they dont know where to start. They don't want to go into a gym where they don't know how to use the equipment.
That is where having a personal trainer even if its just for just a few sessions is so helpful. The perople that I train get the knowledge that I have accured over a fair few years working out and doing classes to get qualified.
