  • After Kapalbhati, clap your hands thrice, then stretch both arms over your shoulders and clap again. Repeat this process at least 10 times and then increase the speed.
  • Place both hands on your knees, and you’ll feel vibrations in your body. This indicates the expulsion of toxins. These vibrations will help your mind feel good.
  • After doing this, sit in Sukhasana for a while and observe your body.
  • Take deep, long breaths and exhale slowly.
