Aidan Caffrey is a highly experienced, registered therapist who has a passion for the field of Hypnotherapy and the science of the mind.  He runs the very popular complementary health clinic AHC in Malahide with clinics in Pure Health in Ongar and also in Kathleen Wards Health clinic in Monaghan. He trained with the Institute of Clinical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy and had the privilege of studying Vipassana meditation (mindfulness) under the tutelage of the esteemed S.N. Goenka in India,  continuing  to add to his initial qualifications with advanced training in many specialist areas including Smoking Cessation, Depression, IBS, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and mindfulness, among other trainings.

Aidan has found over the years, that using a combination of Hypnotherapy, Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioural therapy have been the best way to achieve lasting positive results.
He has a strong commitment to Continuing Professional Development and member of the of the CHPA (Clinical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy Association)  is committed to the ethical practice of Hypnotherapy/Psychotherapy as well as building awareness of Hypnotherapy as an effective and scientifically proven modality.
