Well the step by step guide gets you the results - and fast. You'll need to be making subtle diet changes, which is expected, but thankfully no rigorous fasting or dieting for that matter. I really like his "50 different keys to clear skin", which is very helpful. He also writes about the 3 absolute no-no foods, which when I cut just 1 of them out of my diet, my breakouts shifted to 2nd gear almost overnight.
I am impressed that this book helps you cure acne fairly quickly, and it doesn't require too much patience. However, you will be needing several supplements for hormonal balance, so you'll be spending (not overspending) on a monthly basis.
Is it Worth It?
I think YES, if you need a quick fix. I see it as a good warm-up to the more extensive books, which I still believe you should introduce into your lifestyle sooner than later.
Mr X Acne helps you to get your self-confidence (and other issues you've developed due to those monsters inhabiting your face for so long) back on track before you throw yourself into the deeper and more difficult programs.
