The Heart Healthiest Diets – Levels 1 and 2


The Mediterranean and DASH diets are among the highest rated diets in the report. Both focus on consuming whole grains, vegetables, lean proteins, beans, legumes, and low-fat milk.

The report found that these diets offer benefits such as: B. eliminating refined grains and added sugars and encouraging the consumption of vegetables such as asparagus, cauliflower and broccoli.
