Woman With Curves Launches at QVC – as much as 5X

I’ve been a blogger/content creator since 2012, and when I think of the names of OG bloggers from that time period, one of the first to come to mind is Tanesha Awasthi of Girl With Curves. We were out here blogging (pre-Instagram) when many people didn’t understand what a “blog” was. Her style is always classic, elegant, refined, but not fussy and not too trend-forward or revealing. I’ve always appreciated following her and seeing her meteoric rise in the fashion space.

She just launched a new collection at QVC, available in sizes XXS-5X (34/36), and pants available in petite, regular, and tall lengths. This is an incredible feat for any brand, and I’m glad more people will get to experience her style. Three years ago, she had a collection with Lane Bryant which sold out really quickly. I bought 4 pieces from that old LB collection and still have them in my closet because they’re that good. (You can see the review and some poorly lit photos here.)

If you’re looking for elevated, easy-to-wear, classic pieces, check out the new Girl with Curves line at QVC. There are many more pieces than she’s ever presented, and they’re so chic.

I’ve ordered some items and will update this post with more photos when I get them.

In the meantime, here are a few of my favorite looks:

Button Front Cardigan Cape – obsessed, and it comes in 3 colors
Mock Neck Knit Top – in 2 colors
High Waisted Girlfriend jeans – in 2 washes
Faux Leather Pleated Ankle Skirt
Ponte Square Neck Blouse – also in a solid black
Faux Leather Rope Belt – such a versatile accessory
Dolman Midi Dress – love that it’s a full button down
Faux Leather Rope Belt
Denim Jegging

You can find more photos and information on Tanesha’s website, and head to QVC to shop the collection while all sizes are available.

Girl With Curves at QVC on a plus size 28

My orders are here and the items are just as good as I thought they’d be. For disclosure that 3 pieces were gifted, and I purchased 6 more – ha!

Button Front Cardigan Cape in Oatmeal. Wearing size 4X/5X.

This is such a lovely knit. It’s a medium weight with a great drape. In the first photo, I’m wearing the Faux Leather Rope Belt, which is really versatile – I’m also wearing it below in another outfit.

Faux Wrap Sweater in Marsala Wine, size 4X. If you’re familiar with Tanesha’s past collections, this is super similar to a sweater she had in a gorgeous muted yellow. It’s a soft and comfortable knit and perfect with denim or leggings.

Ponte Peplum Blazer, wearing size 4X. I love the weight of this. It drapes so nicely and has a great stretch to it. I also look forward to styling it open.

High Waisted Girlfriend Jean, medium wash, regular length. I’m wearing the size 28. They come in a light wash as well as this medium wash and are available in petite, standard, and long lengths. They’re a soft, mid-weight denim.

Wearing the Faux Leather Pleated Ankle Skirt in size 28. I wasn’t sure what size to order in this since there isn’t any stretch. I love the weight of the skirt – it’s not nearly as heavy as I feared! But, I am going to exchange for a size up because the pleats stretched out across my stomach.
Ponte Square Neck Blouse in a 4X – it totally met my high expectations. I wore this last week with a pair of wide-leg black trousers and it was really cute.

This square neck blouse is the same style as the polka dot one. It’s going to be a versatile piece.

This gold button cardigan also comes in gray and is such a classic piece. I appreciate the longer length and nice sweater weight. Wearing a size 4X.

My wallet wishes this collection wasn’t so good, but my closet is very happy! I’m waiting on another piece, and Tanesha will have regular launches so I’ll keep watching for the latest. Questions about these pieces or the fit? Let me know in the comments!
