REM (Rapid Eye Movement) Stage: (Dreaming Stage)

  • Reduce the usage of electronic items to reduce blue light exposure or stop using your devices at least an hour before sleep.
  • Eat good food in limited amounts without caffeine and nicotine content. Try light and balanced snacks before bedtime.
  • Take short limited naps during the daytime for about 20 – 30 minutes.
