The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, and its presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, are represented by Mr Chris Uche, SAN. Mr Uche noted that the evidence their witness presented to the court—that INEC deleted all the information in 110 BVAS machines—was extremely important and that they are very pleased about it.

The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, allegedly deleted all the information from 110 BVAS machines used during the FCT’s February 25 Presidential election, according to a witness called by the Peoples Democratic Party, Mr Hitler Nwala, a digital forensic analyst.

He declared: “We are pleased with what this witness testified today because the evidence he has presented today is very important. ”

The Independent National Electoral Commission, or INEC, refuted the assertion made by the PDP witness by stating that the 110 BVAS devices that the witness mentioned made up just 3.4% of the 2822 BVAS machines that were deployed to polling places throughout the FCT on that election day.
