Are your thoughts about your body holding you back from success

When someone joins my personal Coaching program, the first thing I tell them is to describe them in the same way their Body is about to see once, when I help them reach their goals  I do  I ask them to do so in writing ..

There are deeply entrenched Negative Thoughts that cause us difficulties in any weight loss or health enhancement program - in fact, our past failures can almost always be traced back to negative thoughts that we didn't even have  .


 Most of our negative thinking comes to the fore when we write things on paper (or on the computer).


 I challenge you to write a brief description of what your body will look like in 30 days if you are trained by someone like me - someone who really knows how to change the human body, even if you are currently playing  Which phase should not be.
 

 Go ahead, take a moment and write down what your face will look like, what your arms will look like, what your legs and your butt will look like - will your skin look different, will your muscles be tighter, will you be leaner - everything expands, then  Come back.


 did you do it?


 Make your list before any further reading - I want you to carry some deep knowledge about yourself while you are reading this article.


 Okay, now that you have your list, let me show you something that you can use to know if you are failing in your efforts to lose weight and keep it off.

 Here are some examples that were before a good friend of mine and I started working together - the statements that were really holding him:


 Face-over-chisel features, no dual chin, no dry jollies or puffy cheeks, no bags under the eyes.


 Apart from improving the shape of the face, I really have no complaints about my face, hair, eyes, nose, ears.


 Neck-no double chin or "wool"


 Chest-no gynecomastia (woman's breast), muscular instead.  Look, Ma, I can see my rebeck and pectoral muscles instead of my soft crust.

 Arms-hardened sinewy decreases instead of softer breadsticks.  Seeing nerves and muscles instead of smooth fat.


 Abdominal - Are there really hidden abs in there?  They have never been made in 50 years!  It would not be good for a tight waist not to be uncomfortably sliced ​​by very tight underwear.


 Legs shorter, more elongated and solid, with a conical shape.  However my calves are always big and firm next to my brain.



 While there may be very little hair behind, it would be nice to see a "V" shape instead of a torn pyramid.


 Can you see why he must have had some difficulty in reaching his goal in the past?

 But I will let you come to a little secret - this man is in very good shape right now and is enjoying life more than ever, and he is a joy to speak to each week in our coaching call.
