Low calorie recipe: Broccoli Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredient

  • 100 g skinless chicken breast, diced
  • 150 g broccoli, wash clean
  • 1 spring onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • Pepper to taste
  • The right amount of oil

How to make :

  1. Prepare a frying pan, and saute garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add chicken breast and fry until cooked.
  3. Pour enough water, and add broccoli.
  4. Add oyster sauce and pepper to taste. Cook has again until done.
