This DIY homemade beauty product is half a soothing Face mask and half an exfoliating face scrub.

The reason why you need to exfoliating dead skin cells away is to allow new, fresh skin to surface and also removes oil and bacteria from your clogged pores.

When you put the mask on you rub the banana, oat and honey mixture into your skin for a few minutes.

What happened during this time is that the oats help gently rub off and remove all dead and dry skin cells from your face, and helps to become cleaner and amazingly smooth.

1 ripe banana
3 tsp rolled oats
2 tsp honey
2 tsp milk

Directions:

Slice up the ripe banana and mash it up with a fork or spoon until it becomes a smooth paste in a bowl. Add rolled oats, milk and honey, and continue to mix until creamy.

Tip: Use your hands, instead of doing it in a blender as it will become runny and will slide off your face!

Apply it on your face and neck and leave it on between 15 minutes to up to an hour. Wash off with cool water.
