Josie Bornstein is originally from Deer Park, Washington and has lived in the Spokane area most of her life. She attended Whitworth University and graduated as a first-generation college student, majoring in Health science and Community health, with a minor in Psychology. She has an extensive background in mental and behavioral health and has been a part of opening many new inpatient and outpatient programs for at risk youth around Spokane. With her lived and professional experience, mental health is something that Josie is extremely passionate about. She knew from an early age that she was meant to help people who struggle with their mental health. Josie is not only passionate about the patients she works with, but also the people she gets to coach and mentor as a part of leadership. She became the Operation Manager at We Level Up because the motto matched her passion; Providing you with a map back to your fullest, most authentic potential, so you can choose a dream without limitations.
Lori has been an RN in the Spokane Community for over 35 years. She attended Northwest Nazarene College with an AA in Health Care Administration and then completed her nursing degree at the Intercollegiate Nursing Center for Hire Education – Eastern Washington University. She has served as Director of Nursing in the acute hospital setting, inpatient detox, corrections, opiate substation treatment, outpatient wound care, home health, skilled nursing, and extended community services for mental health.
Lori began working with We Level Up in 2023 and is excited about this service in the Spokane community. Lori’s true passion is caring for each person as an individual and helping them to meet their fullest potential.
Holly began her career as a “Professional Mom” before beginning her education journey again. She attended Spokane Falls Community College, Whitworth University, and completed her master's in social work at the University of Southern California.
She began her career working with families at risk, then moved into private practice for several years. She then moved into co-occurring disorders as a therapist before becoming a manager of a co-occurring program. She was hired as the Executive and Clinical Director of We Level Up in 2023.
Holly is passionate about helping people see that they are amazing and getting to a place where they can acknowledge their mistakes, and love themselves in a healthy way, and live up to the motto of We Level Up; to provide you with a map back to your fullest, most authentic potential so you can choose a dream without limitation
