After, he studied Escuela Autonoma de Ciencias Medicas in Costa Rica where he received his Doctorate in Medicine. He then returned to the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital, where he completed his Residency in Psychiatry. Dr. Castellon was employed as an attending physician at Memorial Regional Hospital, Broward Health Medical Center, and Broward Health Imperial Point as well as overseeing a successful outpatient practice. Dr. Castellon specialized in emergency psychiatry, psychiatric consultation-liaison, inpatient psychiatry, and addiction medicine. He was the Chairman of the Department of Psychiatry at Broward Health Medical Center from 2008 – 2014. Dr. Castellon is an active member of the American Psychiatric Association, American Medical Association, American Association of Psychiatric Medicine, Association for Convulsive Therapy, and American Society of Addiction Medicine.
Shana DeNiro-Pipher brings 10 years of nursing experience to We Level Up. She began her healthcare career in Women's Health and has been the Director of Nursing at We Level Up since 2021. Her dedication to the field of nursing includes a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Florida Atlantic University and her nursing degree from Palm Beach State College. Shana has a passion for educating and training our caregivers and nurses to ensure they are providing the highest quality of care for our patients. She is dedicated and committed to giving hope to individuals and families of the diverse communities that we serve.
Jonathan Stiglich is a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT). Jonathan has been providing therapy since 2010 and is experienced working with addiction and mental illness via groups, individual, and family therapy. Jonathan is versed in multiple therapeutic models. He also specializes and focuses on CBT, DBT, and Solution-focused therapies and is EMDR trained. Jonathan helps patients with learning communication skills, setting boundaries, and improving self-worth & mood regulation. His therapies include trauma, major life changes, and gaining a healthier mental health perspective.
I joined Level Up as a behavioral health technician, with a purpose to help individuals find a healthy solution to everyday challenges. One of my motivating factors for joining this field, was to give back what was given to me. I too, suffered with similar battles that our clients face daily. I knew when I came on board to LU, we had a similar goal in mind. To help those find a better meaning in life and to live up to their fullest potential. Through hard work, determination, and client care, I was able to step into multiple leadership roles that eventually led me to Operations Manager.
