Greetings all….I’m actually Kinda out of it as I type this, but I wanted to give everyone an update, since I not only haven’t posted anything here in a week, but haven’t really posted much on social media either related to this territory. This last week, I have been really fucking busy….with unloading a shit-ton of the collection I built up over the decades. I’m clearing out my Horror collection display (as I do not want to glorify Satan’s minions, in any way….and kinda perfect timing in a way, with Halloween just around the corner) and replacing it with my Wild West collection, and I’ve been moving that, and many other pieces–including higher-dollar pieces–on eBay, as well as taking a huge chunk to a local pawn shop in town, and this weekend, I will be going thru DVDs to decide what I want to get rid of as well. I also had to head out for a short while earlier today to bring a bulk of my Star Wars collection to my former employer, as my former boss is buying it off of me. Before I headed there, I emptied out my gas canisters into my tank, and loaded ’em into my car to fill ’em up after I brought the collection pieces to my former boss, and after finishing with doing all that, I quickly stopped by a well-known local pizza place out here to grab some takeout, then stopped by the ATM before heading home.

I tells ya folks…it feels incredible to be clearing out so much of my collection–what doesn’t resonate with me anymore–and working on getting my apartment in the shape that I want it. Worth noting though, it had been a while since I saw my former boss, and decided to do “that thing we do”, realizing I only had so much time to chat with him while he took the toys off my hands, and gave him an “info-dump“….while getting all hyper; not so common for me anymore, but yes…it does still happen. Also I confess, the whole time I was out, and heading to my former employer–as well as getting gas–I felt a heavy sense of disorientation, and I’m not entirely sure why, but that may’ve had something to do with it (“that thing we do”, I mean).

Incidentally enough, after I finished up with the pawn shop on Wednesday, I decided to stop by Spirit Halloween, as according to WorldClassBullshitters on Youtube, they’re now carrying merch for the 1988 B-Movie “Killer Klowns From Outer Space, and it’s one of like….three horror collections I’m actually keeping. I went into the store to check out what they had, and as soon as I saw they actually had a Killer Klowns bed fleece throw, I simply said “no”. I don’t want to load up on even more pointless merch; just want enough for the small shelf that my collection is gonna be sharing with Puppet Master (which is beneath my John Carpenter’s The Thing collection), and that’s it; I just cleared so much shit out that I don’t want; how long am I really gonna want 50 other things with the Klowns printed on it?!

So…..that’s what I’ve kinda been up to recently, and why you haven’t heard me say much; trying to part off my “Shield” to those who want it, and working on fixing up my own surroundings in the process; kinda just otherwise haven’t had time to think, in the process. I will be spending Halloween down in North Baltimore with my godson and his parents, so of course I’ll have plenty to say about that, and hopefully I should have some good stuff to share with you between now and then.
