We can all remember a time when life was as it should be, a fantastic adventure.

If we could fully express ourselves like we could then, with absolutely nothing held back, living completely out loud with no secrets, we would return to that condition!

What is therapy? It’s coaxing our deepest feelings out into the open.

Health is all about our ability to enjoy free and unlimited expression!

We can’t normally do that because Hurt and fear are in the way.

Why on earth are hurt and fear in the way? That’s not supposed to happen!

Well, it’s only humans that get that problem.

What causes the hurt and fear that prevents our full expression?

The beliefs of society!

Our civilization doesn’t understand, or recognize that the power of life comes from inside!

If it doesn’t, we are broken!

We must allow that in others!

We must recognize that need within ourselves as well!

Something we have to understand is that if we allow the energy of our children to power their own lives, our world will return to kindness and adventure!

The way we are now, our secrets end up dominating our lives.

The consequences of not expressing what we feel, set our path. We spend our lives dealing with the repercussions of not being able to express what should be easy!

I don’t expect there is any way to prove this to those who don’t accept it.

The only proof would be the absolute reality of how this works. Allow life to power itself, and the world returns to compassion and fun.

Override other people’s inner voice, and we get hurt, fear, hostility, and fighting. Every time!

This includes all people, especially children.

They start out self-driven, but are really vulnerable in their early years!

Allow others to live from their own power, family sized or country wide, and it always works like magic.

Life becomes healthy and wonderful again. It’s a universal truth. Throughout nature., that’s how it’s done! Life gets encouraged in it’s own efforts.
