Some people experience acidity, some people get fat, some get thin and some feel healthy, owing to their prakruti.

Qualities of 3 Prakruti

Vatta Prakruti: According to Dr. Sushma’s experience, these people are a little thin, energetic, and somewhat dark-skinned. They are quick in their work and thinking also. They also have a forgetful and talkative nature. They are kind of short-tempered. They are able to adjust in the hot environment easily.

Pitta Prakruti: These people are mostly mentally stable and less reactive. They hardly lose their temper, but when they do it is worse. They feel very hot and body temperature increases quickly if placed in a comparatively hotter environment. These people are sharp-minded and intelligent too.

Kapha Prakruti: They also have a stable mental state and sometimes lethargic in nature. Tries to avoid doing their own work, but when do, there is a perfection in their work. They are intelligent and peaceful. They tend to gain weight easily. One of the best qualities is that they value the relationship and tries to maintain it for lifelong.

Lifestyle for 3 Prakruti

Vatta Prakruti: These people should take a sound sleep as they are very active in nature. They can consume heavy food like Ghee-enriched food and avoid light food to nourish their system. They should avoid spicy food.

Pitta Prakruti: They should avoid hot and spicy food such as Italian sauces. They should include almost every food type in their diet. It should be balanced because they carries a great metabolism system.

Because scolding someone or saying something in an Anger situation will harm you the most than the person opposite to you.

5. Is this Pandemic condition in more dangerous for Kapha Prakruti Person? And if Yes, then how to take care of that thing?

Ans: Yes, compared to other Prakruti, Kapha Prakruti people have a high risk of this Pandemic situation, because they are more prone to common cough, cold, and other respiratory problems. But at time, you need to control yourself and avoid drinking cold water and also sitting directly in front of AC. Instead, do gargling at least once a day. And also, it is suggested that Kapha Prakruti people should drink lukewarm water throughout to avoid cough accumulation or formation. Ans: There are various questionnaires on the internet. You can simply go through these questions and find out your Prakruti. But, keep in mind that do not go with your current condition. Answer these questions according to your normal nature and body history. You can also have a telephonic communication with doctors and find out your body type, by simply sharing your situation with them.

For eg. If people are saying that they are suffering from acidity and indigestion, then it suggests that this people have a Pitta imbalance. If someone says that I feel lethargic and sleepy all the time, then it depicts Kapha Prakruti. Furthermore, if there are complaints like Joint Pain, Low energy, Hormonal imbalance, then these people belong to Vatta Prakruti.

8. Should our Food Choice should be according to our body type? How it impacts our lifestyle?

Ans: In this busy lifestyle people have no time to eat exactly according to their body type. But yes, they can follow the Don’t. For example, Kapha Prakruti people should avoid Sweets and fried things as it tends to increase weight. Oily and spicy food should be avoided by Pitta prakruti people as it tends to increase in acidity. Vata Prakruti can eat everything healthy and should include all food types in their diet.

Everyone should avoid oily, junk food, and soft drinks to live a healthy lifestyle. Everyone should add sprouts, homemade Paneer, Chas, fruits, salads, etc. Stick to Alkaline food because when acidity increases, our body faces Dosha imbalance.

Ans: According to Ayurveda and Dr. Sushma, Triphala is one such ingredient that helps in maintaining the Tri Doshas of our body. It just that in every season there are different ways to consume it. Sometimes we consume it with honey and sometimes with Sunthi. Amla is also one of the ingredients that work great for three Doshas.

Additionally, fresh buttermilk will also help in the Dosha balance. There should be ¼ cup curd and ¾ the cup of water. Also, one tip, use the sand vessel to make curd for better results.

10. How to Control Migraine?

Ans: Basically it depends on the digestive system. When your diet is on the toss, it creates acidity and when you go to the noisy area or get exposed to excessive lights or fasts, then kit triggers the Migraine. One advice from Dr. Sushma mam is that follow 6 meal diet – 3 are main like breakfast, lunch, and dinner. While in the other 3 meals, consume buttermilk, fruits, salads, juices, etc. Set the biological clock around to the Sun.

11. Please suggest any particular exercise for these 3 Doshas

Ans: The liking towards exercise depends upon the Prakruti itself. For eg. Vata prakruti will love to do Aerobic exercises and dancing, while Pitta prakruti people will love to go to the gym, and Kapha Prakruti people will love to practice yoga.  Vata prakruti people should not go for vigorous exercise as it can lead to increase in Vata dosha. On the other hand, Kapha prakruti people should go for vigorous exercise as they have the ability to gain weight easily. Pitta people should avoid exercise that produces extra heat.
