TOPLUS Yoga Mat

Check Reviews on Amazon

We know… a yoga mat is technically not an exercise equipment but if you don’t already have one YOGA-na want to grab one! Ha!

Yoga mats are for so much more than just Yoga… they are great for stretching, HIIT, meditating and bodyweight exercises.

Some of the best workouts are done on yoga mats without any exercise equipment whatsoever! P90X, Bodyflow and thousands of YouTube videos can provide killer cardio and bodyweight workouts.

We like to use a yoga mat when working out at home to keep the sweat of our floors (especially carpet!) and provide a more comfortable, non-slip surface to work out on.

And at 72″(183cm) x 26″ (66cm) this yoga mat is extra large when rolled out, but easily stores away even in the smallest of apartments!

Pros

  • It’s thick (6mm) which makes it really comfortable
  • Made with eco-friendly, premium material (TPE)
  • Comes with a 1-year warranty
  • Body Alignment System: Practice yoga with the aid of the alignment system that helps you to focus and adjust your hands and feet to the accurate position, and keep body in proper alignment.

Cons

  • Sweat stains will show (still better than on your floor!)
  • Comes with carrying strap instead of a carrying bag
