  • Elaikizhi- Elaikzhi is the name given to doing massage with leaves of Eranda, Arka, Rasna and Nirgundi, mixed with lemon, curcumin and some herbal ingredients tied into cloth boluses. The bolus is dipped into warm medicated oil and applied on the whole body.
  • Kati vasti- In this therapy, warm Ayurvedic oil is poured over the lower back and kept surrounded by the black gram paste placed on the lower back.
  • Herbal steam bath– For the herbal steam bath, the person is given a gentle application of warm Ayurvedic oil over the whole body. Then, she is made to rest inside a steam chamber that emits herbal steam (steam obtained from medicinal herbs). This helps to opens the pores of the skin and refresh your body.
