Up until I finished college I had really long Hair. During my school and college, I was known for my long hair. It wouldn’t be an exaggeration if I call myself real-life Rapunzel. Haha! It was so long that it almost touched the legs of the person sitting behind me. But one day I made a crazy decision to get a haircut (What was I even thinking, right?). Now, the real talk.

Yes, as much as it is essential to know what kind of food for hair growth is essential, it is also necessary to not get caught up in too much theory and nil practice. And, it is just as essential to be stress-free. Stress can cause hair loss.

You know what happens most of the time, you are stressed so you have hair fall and then you start stressing even more about the sudden hair fall. It goes in a circle. It can push you until you think getting a haircut is the only option there is (Speaking with experience). So, take care of your body and mind.

Do you know what I suggest?

A super-easy way.

Let your mom handle your diet. Every time your mom growls “Eat your vegetables”, listen to her. That way, you will get all the good things you need for your body.
