CANNABINOIDS

Let's begin with a beautiful song and a clip.

2-ARACHIDONYLGLYCEROL

In response to an increase in intracellular calcium levels, it is synthesized mainly in cell membranes and often functions as a full agonist. It is believed to be a messenger molecule that regulates the transmission of signals between synapses in the brain.During fasting, 2-AG increases in hypothalamus and limbic forebrain .2-AG is adaptogenic for the brain against stress and has an important role in anxiety. Less 2-AG more anxiety and depression.2-AG is especially consumed in the amygdala and this prevents the adaptation process to repeated stress. This molecule, ending blockade of CB1 receptor, suppresses glutamate release, which should be considered as good news.
(The CB1 receptor is mostly located in the brain and spinal cord. It is responsible for the characteristic, physiological and especially psychotropic effects of cannabis.).Regarding cannabinoids found in hemp, researchers found that THC binds to both CB1 and CB2 receptors and activates them like an endocannabinoid. CBD does not bind directly to cannabinoid receptors. CBD is responsible for the breakdown of the body's most important endocannabiniodi, anandamid. It works by blocking an enzyme called FAAH. When FAAH is inhibited, it cannot break down anandamide normally. This causes anandamide to accumulate in the brain, allowing us to use it more effectively.

What is cannabinoid?
A cannabinoid is a naturally occurring compound found in various plants, especially Cannabis sativa . Of the 480 compounds found in hemp, 66 are thought to be cannabinoids. Cannabinoids are lipid-based molecules that act to some degree on cannabinoid receptors, the main component of the endocannabinoid system.

There are three types of cannabinoids, as follows:

Phytocannabinoids: Cannabiodes produced by plants.
Endocannabinoids: Cannabinoids produced from the human and animal body.
Synthetic cannabinoids : Cannabinoids produced in a laboratory.

The most commonly used cannabinoids (classical cannabinoids) include THC, CBD, THCV and CBC. The biggest difference between cannabinoids is that they are psychologically active. CBD accounts for about 40 percent of hemp resin, and THC is the only plant cannabinoid that produces a clear psychological effect on its own. There are also cannabinoid receptors CB1 and CB2. In the past few years, some other non-cannabinoid plant components have been reported to bind to and functionally interact with these CB receptors .

Health benefits of cannabinoids
- Reduces anxiety
- Reduces inflammation and pain
- It controls nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy
- Kills cancerous cells and slows tumor growth
- MS (Multiple tissue stiffening) relaxes patients' tight muscles
- Increases appetite and helps people gain weight with cancer or AIDS

8 herbs that are not hemp but contain medicinal cannabinoids

1. Echinacea Purpurea

This herb that strengthens the immune system is also used to relieve anxiety, fatigue, migraine and anxiety. Unlike cannabis, it uses cannabimimetry instead of cannabinoids to switch to the endocannabiniod system.
Cannabimimetrics are a set of non-classical cannabinoids that mimic the biological activity of classical cannabinoids (although they do not share their structure). N-alkyl amides (NAAs) in echinacea are responsible for regulating the immune system, pain, and inflammation.

2. Black Pepper ( Piper nigrum )

Black pepper contains high levels of terpene, called beta-caryophyllene (BCP). This is what gives pepper (and some cannabis species) peppery taste and aroma. BCP also functions as cannabinoids and tends to bind with the CB2 receptor. According to studies , this terpene makes anti-inflammatory (anti-inflammatory) compounds suitable for the treatment of conditions such as calcification and osteoporosis.

3. Hemp seeds ( Linum usitatissimum )

It has recently been discovered that flaxseeds produce cannabinoid-like compounds that are very similar to CBD, which similarly appear to have anti-inflammatory effects. The same research found that the industrial fabric production process from flax seeds did not affect CBD activity. Findings about its anti-inflammatory properties suggest new medical practices such as flax seed dressings.

4. Cocoa ( Theobroma cacao )

In addition to providing the body with a huge dose of magnesium, it also contains several different “happy brain” chemicals such as cocoa, theobromine, phenylethylamine, tryptophan and anadamide. Cocoa affects the endocannabinoid system by deactivating the enzyme called FAAH. This enzyme breaks down the endoccanbinoid known as anandamide. The research calls anandamide natural state THC. Therefore, after eating delicious dark chocolate, you feel comfortable and happy.

5. Black winter truffles ( Tuber melanosporum )

The researchers found that black truffles created the same anandamide (aka the molecule of happiness) as hemp and cocoa. As mentioned above, anandamide is a naturally produced edocannabinoid that binds to the CB1 receptor and regulates mood and pain perception.

6. Liver Grass ( Marchantiophyta )

Liver herb, a free Plant to New Zealand, produces an unusual cannabinoid species (perrottetininic acid), which is closely related to THC. This cannabinoid bronchitis that treats and gall bladder, liver, problems with bladder by relieving known .

Never take liver herbs fresh - always consume it via tea or herbal extract. The dosage should never exceed 8 grams of dried grass (about 4 teaspoons).

7. Straw flower ( Helichrysum umbraculigerum )

This daisy, native to South America, has a strong mood stabilizer and anti-depressant properties thanks to the high cannabigerol (CBG) density found in the plant. CBG is also found in cannabis plants. The best way to use this plant is to use it as essential oil. Try it, apply it to the skin or add it to your bathroom.

8. Chinese Labrador (Rhododendron anthopogon sides)

Labrador, growing heavily in North America, is one of the most antimicrobial plants on the planet. According to the survey , Chinese Rhododendron 'essential oil extracted from oil, up to a staph infection can kill cancer cells from everything.
