I one recent post, she stated, “sisters when I dance it’s my church. It’s my therapy. It’s truly been a part of my healing.”
She has shared her thoughts on what foods to eat, such as cucumbers. She has also shared her thoughts on things to stay away from. And for those looking for words of encouragement, she serves that up also.
Of course, she also looks like she’s having fun while she’s burning those calories dancing.

‘Since I was 17 years old, I’ve been over 200 pounds. Today was the first time in my adult life that I’ve been under 200 pounds, so I wanted to let you all know it’s possible and you can do it and we can get there.’
