Thigh Toner Full Body Workout

Too often we believe that getting healthy and fit has to cost a lot of money. For instance, Life Fitness treadmills can cost between $4000 and $9000. Water rowers cost over $1000. Gym memberships can cost as much as $50 a month, and if you add in a personal trainer and nutritious food, most personal budgets would break.

Sometimes, though, you can do more with less. Check out some of the exercises that you can do with the thigh toner.

Upper Body Exercises with Your Thigh Toner

Place the thigh toner at the underarm, and bring your elbow to your body. Complete 15-20 repetitions and then switch arms. Complete 15-20 repetitions. Try to perform 2-3 sets on each arm.

Place the thigh toner as shown in the picture. Bring your hand closer to your shoulder. Complete 15-20 repetitions and then switch arms. Complete 15-20 repetitions. Try to perform 2-3 sets on each arm.

Place the thigh toner at chest height. Bring your hands closer together. Complete 15-20 repetitions and 2-3 sets.
