Everyday MORNING Rituals!

It’s a very good Morning when you wake up and feel fresh and light, when your gut is nuisance free and in solace. 
 
But is it difficult to wake up with a healthy gut, No!
Your Everyday Morning routine can ensure a disciplinary and joyful gut condition. 
Usually with our trendy Z generation habits of processed and junk overloaded food, our stomach lining is left unhappy. 
 
According to a Japanese morning ritual (which is similar to an Ayurvedic Practice called Ushapan), the best way to break the fast is with water, for optimal health of our digestive system.
Beginning your day with water is a platinum opportunity for the body as it,
•  Clears Toxins and waste, stimulating the system
• Maximizes the absorption of important nutrients throughout the day
• Stimulates better appetite. 
 
But here are some other ideas for utmost benefits!
 
1. Coconut water
2. Turmeric Milk
3. Warm water with lemon and honey
4. Water with Apple Cider Vinegar 
5. Water with Overnight Soaked Cumin and Ground Cinnamon
 (Soak a teaspoon of cumin in a cup of water and leave it overnight. In the morning, add little ground cinnamon and boil the water for 5 minutes. Let the water cool, strain, and then drink it.)
 
You can also enjoy Aloe Juice, Green Tea, or a Herbal Coffee.
All the above-mentioned liquids if consumed early morning can help in weight loss as well as skin rejuvenation!
