Sweet Potatoes
The bright Orange color of sweet Potatoes shows that they are rich in Antioxidants. This is the reason God advices to take diet composed of different colors. The Orange shade of sweet Potato is like this due to the presence of Beta Carotene in it. It is a Vitamin A that is best for the anti-aging process. It is also rich in Retinoids and Collagen enhancing Vitamins including Vitamin A and Vitamin B6. These Vitamins also decrease the risk of Heart Attack and Stroke.
Foods like Blueberries, Strawberries and Cranberries are known as super foods. They are rich in Antioxidants. It contains Antioxidants more than 19 types of fruits eaten usually. These delicious fruits can also prevent the Heart diseases and some other types of Cancer. A research done by the USDA says that Cranberries are at the top 5 out of 1,100 foods for having highest level of Antioxidants, Anthocyanins, Ellagic Acid, Quercetin, Resveratrol, Selenium and Vitamin A,C and E.
If you are about to eat Turkey, don’t forget to put Oregano in it. Oregano is an element that is rich in Antioxidant and high amount of natural free-radicals in it including Phenolic Acids and Flavonoids. Try to use fresh Oregano in your food and put it while preparing food. It should be well mixed in your meal.
Cinnamon
When you want to choose the desserts, Chocolate is the first option. Many people avoid it because it is not assumed to be good for the Skin but this is not true, all of Chocolates are not bad. Dark Chocolate is found to be good for the Skin as compare to the White and Milk Chocolates. It contains high amount of Cocoa and many Antioxidants. Dark Chocolate can also lower the Blood pressure of the human body. If you also want to have the benefits, try not to eat Milk Chocolate as it will interfere in absorbing the Antioxidants.
Green Tea
Green Tea contains Polyphenols, which is rich in anti-inflammatory qualities. Green Tea also helps to keep the body hydrated. It also works as an Anti-inflammatory agent. It keeps the Bacteria away from the body and will fight against the radicals that can make your Skin aged early.
It is a great vegetable that has so many benefits of health so; try to eat Broccoli in your daily diet. It is rich in Vitamin A; it is a Vitamin that is best for improving the Cells in the Skin. This shows that when you eat Broccoli, your Skin cells are renewed and become fresh instantly.
Fish is rich in Omega 3, which is considered to be a good Fat; we all wish to get the good fat from Fish in order to avoid the bad 1. It is the best option to get the good Fat. Omega 3 helps to prevent the inflammation of Skin; it shows Omega 3 is really good for Skin. You may find this element in all the fishes including Tuna, Shellfish, Sardines and Salmon.
Dairy products are rich in Vitamin A, which is really good for Skin. If you want to avoid the bad Fats, you should be sure that intake the low fat dairy products as they are rich in energy and good Vitamins and also contain fewer amounts of Fats. Cheese and Milk are rich in Vitamin A.
Antioxidants are good to balance the Calorie consumption and the latest studies have shown that foods which are rich in Glycemic can lead to Acne.
Adding these foods to your everyday routine can take some time to improve the health of Skin. Make sure that you also avoid the excessive intake of Fats, Salt and Sugar etc to maximize the good benefits of these food items for Skin.
