Vegan Keto Green Smoothie that’s easy to make and surprisingly refreshing in taste.
It’s one of my absolute favorite keto smoothie recipes.
Avocado is a staple on any ketogenic diet whether it’s a vegan, dairy-free or regular keto diet. It’s an essential healthy fat source that’s low in carb and non-animal based. It’s certainly a heavenly fruit perfectly made for a low carb diet.
But without having to use it in various ways, it’s one food it’s easy to get bored with. That’s why I love avocado recipes that take avocados and turn it into something without any traces of it.
Creamy avocado dressing and avocado chocolate ice cream are perfect examples! But my favorite way to use avocado is to make a green smoothie with it.
And I particularly love this Vegan Keto Green Smoothie for its refreshing taste.
It’s also a breeze to make this too.
Its ingredient list is short and takes only 5 minutes to make.
All you need is a leftover avocado and a blender.
You can add this to your collection of keto breakfast smoothies or treat it as a snack. In this 7-day keto diet meal plan for weight loss, I have it listed as an AM keto snack.
- 1/2cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2lemon juice
- 1oz Avocado(about 1/8 avocado)
- 1tbsp hemp seeds
- 1.2tsp vanilla extract
- 1packet keto sweetener
- 1cup ice cubes
- Add all your ingredients except ice cubes to your blender and blend till smooth.
- Add the ice cubes and blend some more, for about 1 minute.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!

Per Serving: 114 calories, 10 g fat, 4g protein, 5g total carbs, 3g net carbs.
