“Highly recommend for anyone who has tired legs or swelling. This is just like the ones I had in the hospital when I had my knee replacements. It’s great for taking the swelling down and works even better when you elevate your legs. The only issue I have is the connection cord always seem to come apart and I wish it would squeeze a little bit tighter. It is still a great value and I love that you can adjust the pressure. It has a setting for 10 minutes, 20 minutes and 30 minutes. It turns off automatically. Long zipper makes it easy to put on and off.”

“My kids and I are runners. They are in track and field and I run long distance. After training hard all week or after a track meet, we were looking for something that can soothe tired leg muscles. They go to an athletic recovery center and they use boots that are 4 times as expensive. This works great (make sure you get the right size) and after 30 minutes in this and lots of water, our legs and feet feel amazing. The small compressor has a timer (10-30 minutes) and a dial for pressure level. We can watch TV and turn this on and doze off. One thing to note when using is to make sure your toes are out so it doesn’t squeeze them. As for me, after a long run (4-6 miles) this is exactly what I needed to recover and be ready for the next run. We love it and it’s a lot cheaper as well as portable than massage chairs (which doesn’t hit the quads). Well worth the money.”
