Wow Skin Science Aloe Vera Gel Review

Wow Skin Science Aloe Vera Gel Review

We all knew that Aloe Vera Gel is a multipurpose beauty ingredient and use it in most of our DIY’s right?

But don’t you feel it is always not possible to extract aloe vera gel from a leaf and use it?

What if we get a pure form of aloe vera gel in a bottle. So that we can use it whenever we are in need.

A few months while searching for a good aloe vera gel,  I purchased this Wow Skin Science Aloe Vera.

How To Use Wow Skin Science Aloe Vera?

As already said it is a multipurpose beauty ingredient, you can use it as follows

As a Moisturiser:

You can apply it as a moisturizer on a cleanser face. Aloe vera is a humectant, it prevents water loss from the skin. But what I felt was it alone doesn’t provide moisturization. You have to apply a good moisturizer post applying this gel. So that your skin remains hydrated and moisturized for a longer duration.

Natural Scrub:

They have mentioned mixing 1 tsp gel with 1 tsp sugar to make a body & face scrub. But I don’t recommend anyone to use sugar in their DIY scrub. Because the particle size of sugar is too large to use on the skin which leads to the skin barrier damage.

You can try other mild exfoliating agents like oatmeal with aloe vera gel.

Anti-ageing protector:

Massage on face, hands, and neck. Let it dry & leave it overnight for anti-ageing benefits. You can add a few drops of almond oil to the gel to enhance anti-ageing benefits.

Hair & Scalp Nourisher:

Massage liberally on the scalp. I recommend mixing 1 tsp of gel with 1 tsp of coconut oil & 1 tsp castor oil and gently massage on the scalp

Aftershave: Apply on clean-shaven skin as an aftershave gel. It can calm inflamed skin.

These are the ways I have used it on my skin and hair and got better results, and it helps you too. It is extremely hydrating and gives a slight moisturizing feel when applied to your bare skin.

Let’s look into its pros & cons

PROS Of Wow Skin Science Aloe Vera

1.Can be easily used in DIY’s just like aloe vera leaf without any effort

2.Instantly hydrated dry skin & hair

3.No added color & artificial fragrance. So doesn’t irritate sensitive skin

4.Cruelty-free (not been tested on animals)

5.100% vegan

6.Dermatologically tested

7.Suitable for all skin types

8.Non-sticky, get absorbed quickly

9.Treats sunburns, inflamed skin effectively

CONS

As already said it came in a plastic container, don’t know whether it is recyclable or not. Other than that I don’t find any flaws with this product

My Rating:  4/5

Conclusion

Our skin needs hydration in order to stay healthy. So this product is a great addition to your beauty wardrobe. The best thing is you can use the product on a daily basis since aloe vera works on many skin and hair concerns.

But make sure to do a patch test in order to confirm whether your skin loves it or not.
