Flax Coffee Recipe

Combining flax seed and coffee will help you to lose weight, repairs your skin, reduces inflammation in the body, decreases fat deposits, prevents digestive disorders and improves digestion.

Ingredients:

Coffee Powder – 1 Tsp

Ground Flax Seeds – 1/4 Tsp

Premix ground flax seeds and coffee powder. Add this mixture to a glass of hot water. Stir well and you are done.

Do not add sugar, milk or anything. Just drink as it is.

You can store the premix for about 7 days at room temperature. Store for more days causes evaporation of volatile oils from flax seeds.

When To Consume Flax Coffee?
