Breathe: Try counting to three and pay attention only to your breathing as you breathe in and to five as you breathe out while make the process you try to slow it down.

We form our own thoughts about our ability to handle problems, and ability to analyze how to come out of life problems, we assume that the first sign of trouble we will fall apart. Most of the fears are baseless, discussing them can open up a new train of thought which can reduce or eliminate the fear. By discussing fears and worries we get newer perspectives which can solve our problems.
Stay focused on the present. If you find yourself getting stuck on a particular thought pay attention to the way your body feels, the rhythm of your breathing, ever-changing emotions, and the thoughts that drift across your mind, after that bring your attention back to the present moment.
