Get enough sleep:

Regular exercise is important: 

Leave a sedentary lifestyle and keep your body active through some aerobic and moderate exercise to find a strong immune system. Moderate exercise involves jogging, swimming, cycling, brisk walking and light hiking that can certainly increase blood circulation and strengthen the immune system.

Quit smoking:

Research studies have shown that smokers take more time to recover from COVID-19 disease and, in many cases, succumb to the condition. Inhaling toxins or chemicals from cigarette smoke can hamper the growth and function of immune cells. It is also found that smoking can worsen key body organs and cause other chronic conditions. So, if you want to achieve a strong immune system, it is recommended to stay away from smoking at all.

Wisely choose your health supplements:

There is a long list of health supplements manufactured by generic pharma companies and Ayurvedic manufacturers. You should not harp on them blindly but check for the key ingredients that can help in improving immune capacity. Also, take them in a limited amount to avoid any unwanted side effects.
