Thriving Thru COVID Year- Celebrating 1 year Anniversary of Happy and Healthy Mind with Dr. Rozina

Can you believe that it’s been a year since the lockdown started? Seems like it’s just yesterday!

What a year it has been! Tough, challenging, and lesson-filled. And for us in Happy Healthy Mind, this is also a special week because it’s our Anniversary week!

So I invite you to join us for the live broadcast of ‘Happy and Healthy Mind with Dr. Rozina’ episode 50: Anniversary Celebration on Saturday, March 13th, 2021 at 11 am PT.

In this live broadcast, you will hear inspiring testimonials from some of my past guests and from some of our viewers whose lives were deeply touched by our program.

These articles are published in this issue of Contentment, a quarterly magazine of the American Institute of Stress (AIS). 

AIS is the authority in the field of stress- founded on recommendations of Hans Selye, who developed the theory of the Stress Syndrome (General Adaptation Syndrome). Today the institute is dedicated to bringing practical information to all on topics related to stress. Contentment is one of their publications. As an AIS fellow and contributing editor of this magazine, I write articles for this publication.
