How to Get Dye Out of Clothes

Color bleed fabric problems are troublesome, but can be easily avoided. Some of your Clothes get spoiled because the dark colors clothes sometime tend to loose colors. You have to take special care while washing few clothes especially if they are white. But even after taking a good care you end up spoiling few of your clothes. The problem is also worsen if you’re washing on a high temperature, so whenever possible, wash dark and bright clothes at a lower temperature.

 

It is difficult to fix some colors like red color, black color and other strong colors. If the manufacturer has a warning for 'washing the dark colors separately' in the garment, keep in mind that the color can run out if you wash it. Always sort out your clothes carefully by placing strong colors together and follow the instructions provided by the  manufacturer on care labels.

1.White Vinegar
If you have spoiled your favourite dress or t-shirt by some color then you can take help of vinegar to remove the stain.Put half a cup of vinegar in your laundry.But, remember you can only use this trick for cotton fabrics.

 

 

 

2.Baking Soda

While washing your clothes add some Baking Soda in it. Baking soda can help you to remove stubborn stains easily.

 

 

 

3.Lemon Juice
Soak the clothes in the lemon juice for some time. Then clean it with the soap and rub lightly with your hands. Wash as usual, but separately. The acidic nature of lemon helps remove the stain.

 

 

 

4.Alcohol
Put some alcohol on the stain and rinse well under cold water. Wash normally.

 

 

 

5.Bleach
If you have spoiled a white cloth then simply soak them in hot water with non-chlorine bleach. To prevent the color from leeching on other clothes, wash them separately.

 

 

 

6.Curd
If you have ever spoiled your cloth with color may be while playing holi or may be because of some other reason then keep that cloth soaked in curd for a while and after that rub it with light hands.By doing so, the stain on the fabric will start to disappear and by washing it twice or thrice, you yourself will be able to see the difference.
