Why is it good to drink apple cider vinegar?

Apple Cider Vinegar has been used for thousands of years as a medicine and for various household and cooking purposes. Ancient World had used it to detoxify the liver, purifying the blood and to boost immunity.

Apple Cider Vinegar is made from apple cider, which had been fermented to produce probiotics and enzymes. Though Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) had gained popularity very recently, the benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar were well known for thousands of years.

1. Apple Cider Vinegar regulates blood sugar levels
