1.Ginger Honey Tea:

Ginger honey tea is a great way to boost your immune system, the ginger and honey combination is amazing, honey acts as a natural antibiotic and ginger helps the pain and inflammation. This is great ! the lemon is also loaded with vitamin C can help boost your immune system. so this is a great combination to kill a cold and flu. 

Preparation: 

Used: Ginger, Lemon, Honey 

 Here we use about 1 cup of ginger root or we can use less that can handle the taste much then peel the skin off and cut it into little cubes, once you cut it into cubes set it aside, and grab some lemons. We can take about two lemons in this recipe but you can use more if you’d like. then you wanna take about a half a cup to a cup of honey depending on your desired taste and add it to about 4-5 cups of water. Just put it all in the pot together. 

you can add the honey afterwards, or you can add it while it’s boiling, then bring it to a boil and let it boil for about twenty to twenty-five minutes and then you’re ready to pour it into your cup it’ll make a whole pot that’s enough for everybody in the family and drink it daily.

 2.Coconut Oil with Honey:

So this one is super simple it only has a few ingredients the first ingredient is an organic lemon. raw organic honey, Cold-pressed organic coconut oil, and optionally cayenne pepper. 

so one and a half cups of honey, half a cup of coconut oil and then cut the lemon and just squeeze them by removing the seeds, you can use three to four lemons and then you need to place it on the stove on low-medium heat,  you’re not trying to boil it you’re just trying to combine ingredients and you’ll notice the consistency will change and it will be combined!  that is all you’re trying to do! and then pour it into your jar and it’s ready for use you can add your cayenne pepper at this point and then you are done! 

3.Peppermint Tea:

 Now, this is kind of a natural remedy because its natural but peppermint tea is amazing to help with reducing fever, nausea, cough and it has many other benefits, but it’s just a really simple easy way to help relieve some of those cold and flu symptoms. So I added it to the list. 

4.Oregano Oil (Immune Booster): 

 oil of oregano is known to be antibacterial, antiseptic antiviral and immune-stimulating it’s high in omega-3 iron and antioxidants which makes you great super set up to kill those cold and flu symptoms. It’ll give you instructions on the back of your bottle but this one says three to five times, three to five drops three to four times daily. 

5.Garlic Honey:

Garlic Honey On A spoon, this is more of a quick tip than anything but it’s just crushing up half a clove of garlic putting it on a tablespoon adding some raw organic honey and then taking it just like that, it will help boost your immune system take it once or twice a day.

6.Steam with Turmeric:

 Take a bowl and add some amount of water in it, then boil the water for some extent. Now off the stove and keep the boiled bowl aside and add some amount of turmeric in it. Then cover your head with towel or blanket and inhale the steam coming from the water. This may give some relife to the blocked nose and cough.

7. Salt Water:

Take a bowl and pour some water in to it, then boil the water for some extent heat. Now pour that warm water in to the glass and now add a small pinch of salt in to it. Mix it thoroughly. Now pour water in to the mouth and start gargling for some time. This gargling with salt water reduce the infection of cough or cold. Some studies published in journals says that garling reduce the infection rate and reduce the bacterial growth.

Natural Home Remedies For Wet Cough

A wet cough is the body’s way of clearing any expectorate that is present in the throat or airways. which could be a result of a common cold or change in weather. However, if the cough persists make sure you visit your doctor to rule out some serious conditions like TB or a lung infection.

8.Peppercorns:

Preparation steps:

on the onset of a wet cough try these simple home remedies, take a cup of water add about six to eight Peppercorns to it, add about a quarter teaspoon of cumin powder and add about 1 teaspoon of grated jaggery,mix them well and now you will have to boil this mixture until it becomes solid decoction. Let it cool and drink this to expel the phlegm that is blocking your airways. 

9.Ginger:

Take a piece of fresh ginger grated and extract the juice from it and take about 2 teaspoons of ginger juice and also add about two and a half teaspoons of honey, mix this well, and now you need to warm this slightly. let it warm for less than a minute and then you can have it about three to four times a day for your wet cough.

 10.Onions:

Take a medium-sized onion preferably a white onion grated and extract juice out of fit, now you will have to add 1 tablespoon of honey to leave it for about six hours then you can have two to three times daily to better your wet cough.

11.Warm Milk with Turmeric:

If the cough persists have a glass of warm milk along with a pinch of turmeric powder, mix this and have it every night before bedtime to soothe your throat and sure you drink at least two liters of water daily and stay well hydrated and follow these simple steps to get rid of your cough and stay healthy.
