Well my Skinny Caffe order arrived on Wednesday and I havent blogged about it yet because I wanted to try it for a few days first so that I would have something to write about lol.

First of all I love the cup that comes with it, I’ve been drinking all my hot drinks in it now lol.

I ordered direct from the skinny caffe website but i think  will order my future purchases from amazon as there isn’t much difference in price and I have a prime account so will receive it the next day, I hate waiting for things lol and I think its a bit cheaper.

I ordered the original Coffee flavour and the fudge  flavour hot chocolate, with the cup this cost me £41 including delivery. There are other flavours to choose from though if you don’t like these flavours.

The first one i tried was the fudge hot chocolate and you just use one teaspoon and add hot water, milk and sweetener if you desire. Just one cup a day.

I dunno what i was thinking but i was expecting something really chocolatey and my taste buds had a bit of a shock after my first sip.

I really didn’t like it and i think it was because it wasn’t that chocolatey , I mean you can definitely taste chocolate but it’s really not the same as a real hot chocolate.

I guess it tasted a little bit fruity, it wasn’t horrible tasting, I think it was just the shock of it not tasting like i wanted too loll.

So i tried to add a sweetener too it and Then i disliked it even more, so the next day i tried it again without the sweetener and it wasn’t so bad, I’ve got used to the taste and quite like it now.

Then i tried the coffee flavour and instantly loved it, it tastes just like coffee, but very mild, I hate strong coffee anyway.

Now I have only had 5 cups of these coffees but im going to be 100% honest. I really noticed a difference the day after my first coffee.

I woke up with absolutely no cravings at all.

I’ve not had or wanted any junk food.

My bloating has completely gone, I used to get a lot of water retention.

I havent weighed myself yet but I definitely look and feel trimmer, I usually have a bit of a big belly.

I have fibromyaglia and suffer from extreme fatigue but I’ve been noticing im not falling asleep as much since drinking these coffees. I still feel a bit tired but I definitely have more energy daily.

I’ve noticed my meal portions are smaller,

I’m leaving food on my plate, not snacking as often, staying fuller longer and Im having to really force myself to eat sometimes because I know I havent eaten enough.
