The study, published in the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA) Internal Medicine, found that the chatbot’s responses to patient queries on a social media platform were rated way higher in terms of quality and empathy. Is it time for robot doctors?

They’re saying that after more research, we could use these chatbots to draft responses to patient questions, and then doctors could just fine-tune and edit them. It feels like most of us will be using AI in the future.
