Vitamin E oil is one of those magical ingredients that you can use on your Skin, lips, nails, Hair, and can even consume for health benefits! It’s potent in antioxidant and it’s been used in many beauty products for a really long time. You can either go for a store-bought Vitamin E oil bottle or extract the oil from Vitamin E capsules. 1. Cleanses and Moisturizes

It helps nourish dry and dehydrated skin while effectively cleansing it from dirt, makeup and dead skin.

How to Use?

Normal to Dry Skin

Extract Vitamin E oil from one capsule and add it to a carrier oil like olive oil. Apply this mixture at night.

Combination to Oily Skin

2. Fights Aging Skin and Dark Spots

It aids in fighting wrinkles and ageing skin. Also treats dark spots, age spots, and acne marks.

How to Use?

Add 1 Vitamin E capsule oil in some aloe vera gel. To fight wrinkles and ageing skin apply it all over the face at night. To treat dark spots, age spots and acne marks apply to the affected area, twice a day.

3. Treats Sunburns and Stretch Marks

It treats inflammation (if you’re photoallergic) from sunburns and sunspots. And also lightens the appearances of stretch marks with regular usage.

How to Use?

Extract Vitamin E oil from the capsule or use directly from a Vitamin E oil bottle. The amount required depends upon the area. Directly apply the oil on the affected area and massage for 3 to 4 minutes. Leave it on for best results.

How to Use?

In some coconut oil (amount depends upon hair length) add Vitamin E oil to it, in 2:1 ratio. Apply on scalp and hair and massage for 4 to 5 minutes. Leave it on for about 45 minutes then wash off with mild shampoo.

To slow down the ageing process, Vitamin E oil can be used on both skin and hair.

How to Use?

Boil some curry leaves and then strain the liquid. Allow the liquid to cool down. Then add some coconut oil and break some Vitamin E capsules into this. Mix well and apply on scalp and hair.

6. Gets Rid of Split Ends

Split ends are one of the nasty hair problems that make you anxious about your hair health. Vitamin E oil treats split ends and ensure proper hair growth.

How to Use?

For this just mix jojoba oil and Vitamin E oil. The ratio should be 3:1. Apply this on your scalp and massage for some time. Let it stay for about 30 minutes then wash off with mild shampoo.

Note – To prick the Vitamin E capsule use a sanitized pin or needle. Or you can use Vitamin E oil to skip this task.
