Intro

Hello, I'm just your average guy but I have always struggled with my weight. All through primary School and high school I was bullied about being bigger than most others. I was always active playing rugby from the age of 12 but never seemed to get fit and for years I tried myself to lose weight and get healthier joining numerous gyms and trying different diets but after a few weeks I got bored and give up.

All this changed when I recently joined a new gym near my home. Instantly after joining I realised what a great atmosphere there was in the gym and knew it would be enjoyable. Having spoke to the woman who owns it she agreed to help me with a training plan and a Meal plan. Looking at the meal plan it showed that id be eating more but it was about eating more of the rights things and not just any old junk.

This blog is being written during my journey having started my weight loss programme 2 weeks ago. I've decided to do this because I hope to help other people push on and help people on a similar journey to me. Hope you enjoy following my progress.
