The entities known as Universal Health Services, doing business in Oregon as NEWCO, Inc. which intends to do business as Willamette Valley Behavioral Health, filed a Certificate of Need application with the Oregon Health Authority in July 2019. The entities intend to open a 100-bed freestanding psychiatric hospital in Wilsonville, Oregon.
