Love this app. It actually works. You can seriously scrap any other app you have that makes White Noise or tries to calm you into sleep and replace it with this app. It’s the only one you’ll ever need. I have been using it for over a year and have always had trouble with sleep and insomnia my whole life… and this helps me calm my thoughts and focus on resting, relaxing, and ultimately, blissfully and blessedly, sleep.
