I have been on ambien 10 mg combined with a Benadryl and trazadone 50mg for the past six years, with this app I took a small mg antihistamine for a week and this and peaceful sleep…now I start pzizz and if I awake in the night I start the intro over and I’m right back out! I’ve never felt better! Thank you, thank you, thank you! I have my sleep back without being knockout to rest! Lifesaver.
