I recently started the keto diet and one of its side effects is insomnia. I’ve been up three hours overnight for several days and despite feeling tired during the day I have been unable to nap. Enter Pzizz. I downloaded it today, put it in nap mode. Really easy UI, gorgeous voices. I was lying there thinking to myself “this app’s cute but I don’t think it will work”. The next thing I knew it was one and a half hours later and my husband was waking me up. I have no recollection of even getting sleepy, it just seemed to switch me off. Best I’ve tried bar none.
