How to Build Muscles Naturally with 7 Simple Tips

Going to a gym is no big deal, getting supercharged results is.

#4 Think Seriously about Recovery & Rebuilding Muscles

Once you start your workouts, think about the recovery part as well.

  2. Stop having tea/coffee at least 4 hours before sleep time
  3. Stay away from blue light at least 2 hours before you go to bed
  4. Go for a night walk 2 hours before you sleep
  5. Try deep breathing for 10 minutes
